Lost/stolen/damaged packages:

ZURI JEWELRY is NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Also NOT responsible for damaged packages/items that may occur while your package is in transit through various facilities. Once a package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible.

MATERIAL:

Gold filled jewelry consists of 6 layers of gold (bonded or pressed) with other metals such as brass, silver, or another base metal. These gold layers are 14k. Gold filled jewelry is usually a better alternative to gold plated jewelry. It does not tarnish and is much more durable than gold plated jewelry.
